Carmen was born and raised in Perú where she obtained her Degree in Public Relations. Carmen holds the following Real Estate Designations and Certifications: GRI, MRP, PMN, C2EX, AHWD. She is trilingual (English/Spanish/Italian). Being exposed to 3 different cultures has given her the opportunity and ability to understand better her customer needs and preferences with a broader mindset and unique perspective. Carmen uses this expertise to negotiate successful transactions. Prior to joining the Watson Team and lately FLORIDA HOMES REALTY & MORTGAGE, Carmen spent 20 years working for the Banking Industry in the Corporate Treasury Services Area. She served as a primary contact and central information source for Customer Relationships. She played a critical role in maintaining and enhancing positive relationships ensuring customer satisfaction. Carmen is a former President of the Jacksonville, FL Peruvian Club, a non-profit organization and she is very active in Social and Charitable Organizations.
